Terminal to Terminal – Drop your vehicle at a trucking or rail terminal to be shipped on the next available shipment.

For time sensitive drop offs that don’t coincide with the truck/rail schedule, we would be able to arrange alternative drop location such as a secure trucking yard where your vehicle would be stored until it is picked up. Additional daily storage fees may apply for this service.

Once you book your shipment, we will send you the exact address and information for the terminal.

Door Pickups and Deliveries – If you need to have your vehicle picked up at your door there will be an additional cost of between $150-$200. The same fees are applicable for door deliveries. Please inquire if you wish to have more information and a price for door pickup and delivery in your area. This pricing only applies for local pickups within major cities. Additional fees may apply for door pickups in smaller towns and rural areas.

Pickup and delivery dates are best estimates and are not guaranteed due to shipping schedules, delays, weather, road conditions and holidays. Flexibility is necessary. If you require expedited shipping or have a time sensitive pickup and delivery, please let us know as we offer, in limited areas, ‘hot shotting services’ and transport by plane.

Personal Items Policy –  Vehicles being transported with personal belongings inside, may be subject to additional fees. Depending on your shipping route, personal items may not be allowed at all.  If allowed, personal belongings are not insured and are shipped at your own risk. If you have questions regarding shipping personal items inside your vehicle, reply to our quote email.

Insurance – Insurance is included when you ship your vehicle with us but certain restrictions do apply for what is covered based on the shipping modes. How Do I Book My Shipment? – Click here to book your car shipment.

Once you submit the booking though the website you will receive an automatic confirmation email within a few minutes. You will receive another email within 1 business day with the information regarding your shipment, including the terminal address or the door pickup information.  

Vehicle Size – If your vehicle is larger than stock, ie lifted, bigger tires, has a canopy etc., or has a ground clearance under 6 inches, please let us know as it could impact the shipping price.

Enclosed Transport Available- We offer a specialized covered transport option that provides better protection for your vehicle and is highly recommended if you have an antique, brand new, high end sports car, or a vehicle with ground clearance under 6 inches. Let us know if you need a quote for this option.

Price Changes – The quoted price is not guaranteed and is subject to change.

Unless noted in the quote email, the quoted price is valid for 14 days. The final price may vary from the original quote if there are any service changes requested by customer prior to or after booking. The vehicles size and condition can have an impact on the price. If your vehicle isn’t stock or has modifications please let us know so we can provide you with a more accurate price.
