From my standpoint, I thought your service was excellent. Although the delivery date was extended due to incidents beyond your control, you still went out of your way to provide excellent service; specifically, the date the vehicle arrived in Toronto, it was delivered directly to our door that same day. Further, the vehicle was in excellent condition…the same condition it was in when it left Victoria. I really appreciated it!!
