Pickup and Delivery Options

Best Value – Terminal

  • Drop-off your vehicle to a Trucking or Rail Terminal in a major city.
  • The vehicles collected at these terminals are going to other cities across Canada by transport truck or train.
  • Once you drop off your vehicle to the terminal, it will be placed in queue to be shipped. It can take anywhere between a few days to a couple of weeks before vehicles depart, depending on how much freight is traveling between that terminal and the next destination.
  • Your vehicle would be delivered to Trucking or Rail Terminal in a major city for you to pickup at your convenience.
  • The vehicles collected at these terminals are arriving from other cities across Canada by transport truck or train.
  • Once your vehicle arrives to the terminal we’ll let you know it’s ready for pickup.
  • If you can’t pick-up your vehicle for a few days there’s no extra storage fees but if you need longer term storage for your vehicle additional fees may apply.

Dealer / Commercial

  • We will pick-up your vehicle at a dealership or another commercial location such as a towing company.
  • The transport trucks are frequently picking up and delivering vehicles to dealerships and other commercial locations.
  • Due to the size of the transport trucks, they can only pick-up vehicles at commercial locations.
  • You will have to ask your dealership for permission for this type of pickup as some do not want to take responsibility for holding your car until the truck arrives for pickup.
  • Many smaller cities and towns only have this type of pickup as vehicles are being moved between the terminals in the larger cities and these dealerships in the smaller cities and towns.
  • On booking, provide us with the date your car is ready to be picked up and the location, and we will pick it up on the next available truck in that area.
  • We will deliver your vehicle to a dealership or another commercial location such as a towing company.
  • The transport trucks are frequently delivering vehicles to dealerships and other commercial locations from the terminals.
  • Due to the size of the transport trucks, they can only deliver vehicles to commercial locations.
  • You will have to ask your dealership for permission for this type of delivery as some do not want to take responsibility for accepting your vehicle.
  • Many smaller cities and towns only have this type of delivery as there are no dedicated terminals. Vehicles are being moved between the terminals in the larger cities and these dealerships in the smaller cities and towns.
  • Provide us with the dealership/commercial location and a contact name and number of who can accept your vehicle.

Meet The Truck

  • In some cases the truck driver will be able to contact you in advance to arrange a time and location of the pickup.
  • The transport truck would be traveling through your area picking up or delivering other vehicles.
  • Due to the size of the transport trucks, they can only pick-up vehicles at commercial locations. The truck driver may request you to meet him at a large parking lot, car dealership, truck stop etc. so that your vehicle can be loaded on the trailer.
  • You must make yourself available to meet the truck so it can be loaded on the trailer and moved to its destination. The truck drivers can not wait as they have other pickup and delivery times to make. If your schedule isn’t flexible, it’s best to drop your vehicle off to a dealership, provide us with the contact details, and we’ll pickup your vehicle there.
  • In some cases the truck driver will be able to contact you in advance to arrange a time and location to meet and receive your vehicle.
  • The transport truck would be traveling through your area picking up or delivering other vehicles.
  • Due to the size of the transport trucks, they can only deliver vehicles to commercial locations. The truck driver may request you to meet him at a large parking lot, car dealership, truck stop etc.so that your vehicle can be offloaded from the trailer.
  • You must make yourself available to meet the truck so you can receive your vehicle. The truck drivers can not wait as they have other pickup and delivery times to make. If your schedule isn’t flexible it’s best to arrange another contact or to have us deliver your vehicle to a dealership.

Residential / Home

  • We will pick-up your vehicle at a residential address with a standard tow truck, flatdeck tow truck, or a driving service.
  • In most larger cities, driving services are used as they are more cost-effective than a tow. Your vehicle would be driven to the terminal.
  • Your vehicle would be towed or driven to the trucking/rail terminal to wait for the main transport truck.
  • Door pickups may not be available smaller cities or towns.
  • We will deliver your vehicle to a residential address with a standard tow truck, flatdeck tow truck, or a driving service.
  • Your vehicle would be towed or driven from the main trucking/rail terminal to a residential address.
  • In most larger cities, driving services are used as they are more cost-effective than a tow. Your vehicle would be driven from the terminal to the delivery address.
  • You must make yourself available for delivery and be present to accept your vehicle.
  • Door deliveries may not be available in smaller cities or towns.
