## MVS Canada Locations

We provide vehicle shipping services across Canada through a network of carriers, rail providers, terminals, and approved pickup and delivery locations.

Our Portland Street address is a mailing address only. It is not a public office and is not a vehicle drop-off location.

For security, scheduling, and terminal-access reasons, we do not publish exact terminal addresses online. Terminal pickup and drop-off locations are provided after your booking has been reviewed and confirmed.

If you are shipping a vehicle with us, your pickup, delivery, or terminal instructions will be provided as part of your confirmed shipment details.

## Vehicle Pickup & Drop-Off Locations

Please do not bring a vehicle to any terminal, yard, or facility until MVS Canada has confirmed your booking and provided shipping instructions.

For terminal service, your shipment details will include:

- The approved pickup or drop-off location

- Hours of operation
- Required documentation
- Vehicle release instructions

Depending on the route and transport method, shipments may use truck terminals, rail terminals, towing yards, dealerships, commercial lots, or approved meeting locations.

## Frequently Asked Questions

Can I drop off my vehicle at the Portland Street address? ⌄  No. The Portland Street address is a mailing address only and is not a vehicle pickup or drop-off location.

   Where is MVS Canada located? ⌄  MVS Canada is administratively based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and serves customers across Canada.

Because vehicle transportation is coordinated through a national network of terminals, rail yards, transport facilities, dealerships, towing yards, and approved commercial locations, most shipments do not begin or end at an MVS Canada office.

The correct pickup or drop-off location depends on the shipment route, service type, transport method, timing, vehicle details, and carrier availability.

   When will I receive the terminal address? ⌄  Terminal addresses and instructions are provided after your booking has been reviewed and confirmed. Your pickup, delivery, or terminal details are included as part of your confirmed shipment information.

   Why don’t you publish terminal addresses? ⌄  Terminal access is controlled and shipment-specific. We do not publish exact terminal addresses because:

- Customers need the correct location for their specific route and service
- Terminals require advance notice before receiving vehicles
- Vehicles should not be dropped off before a booking is confirmed
- Customers need current operating hours and access instructions
- Release procedures vary by location

 Arriving at a terminal without confirmed instructions may result in delays or refusal of the vehicle.

   Can I visit a terminal before booking? ⌄  No. Terminal locations are shipment-specific and access is generally limited to customers with confirmed bookings and instructions.

   Do you offer door pickup and delivery? ⌄  In many areas, yes. Availability depends on route, vehicle type, and whether a transport truck can safely access the location.

   Are terminals MVS Canada offices? ⌄  No. Terminals are generally commercial facilities, transport yards, rail facilities, towing yards, dealerships, or approved partner locations. They are not MVS Canada offices.
