Hey Christina!

I had a very pleasant experience working with you. Everything was handled promptly and exactly how you’d expect. You clearly take customer service very seriously! If I ever need to ship a vehicle again you’ll be the first company I call! Thank you!

On a side note, a small concern was that I was never asked for any ID for picking up or when they dropped off the vehicle. I suppose anyone could have been handed the keys and they wouldn’t be any of the wiser 🙂 It all worked out in the end of course.
