I have no major issues with the transport service provided, everything seemed to be handled professionally. You were particularly effective at providing customer satisfaction by responding immediately to any questions I had. Your responses to my inquires left me confident in the level of your services.

The only minor issues that I had were the final delivery was handled locally by a tow company and no one notified me that they were dropping the vehicle off. Also the requirement to provide a time stamp photo of the vehicle may be a problem for some people.

Overall I was very satisfied with your service and would not hesitate to recommend you to others.
