# Insurance Waiver

# Insurance Waiver

Due to the age of your vehicle, MVS Canada and its carriers will not insure it for damages while its being shipped on the open transport trailer.

We ultimately do our very best to deliver all vehicles damage free, but we will not be responsible for any damage that may incur loading, unloading or transporting your vehicle.

It is recommended that you have your own insurance on the vehicle while its being shipped.

If your vehicle is of high value or you want insurance, we recommend shipping it by the enclosed trailer as we can insure the vehicle using that mode of transport.
