Vehicle Shipped November 2010
My dad passed away in July and we decided to move my mother from Halifax to Toronto to live with my husband and myself. The final move was scheduled for the end of November – after the sale of her house. My sister was to fly to Halifax and pick-up my mother’s car and drive it back to Ottawa. Unfortunately she could not get the time off work. I had to arrange to have the car shipped from Halifax to Ottawa. I searched the internet and located several companies that provided this type of service. I contacted three for quotes. I decided to go with MVS Canada because they responded quickly, efficiently and answered all of my questions both online and via the telephone.
I made the final arrangements the week before the move and co-ordinated the drop-off so that we could then proceed to the airport. I am pleased to say that the drop-off, payment procedure and delivery to Ottawa went very smoothly. My sister picked-up the car at the depot just outside Ottawa without problem. The car was delivered within the time frame specified and was in perfect shape. I would highly recommend MVS Canada and especially Christina Graves, for their outstanding service. This was a very stressful time for my mother and myself and knowing I was dealing with a reputable company and an experienced person was a big help.
