CN Strike 2019

Nov 25, 2019

November 26 – Update:

CN Rail and and the union representing workers have reached a tentative agreement.

“Normal operations are scheduled to resume at 6 a.m. local time across Canada” according to a statement from Teamsters Canada Rail Conference.”

There still may be some delays as workers get back to work, however we are expecting it to be worked out shortly.

November 25:

CP Rail has notified us that there will be some delays occurring due to the CN Rail Strike. Some of the corridors used by CP Rail are owned by CN Rail and trains are being delayed as they go through these areas. We don’t know how much this development will impact the transit times, but expect some delays going forward until the strike is resolved.
