Christina is the best customer service representative I have ever dealt with. There should be millions more like her working for every type of company and customers would be more satisfied with their experience.
My 1975 westfalia was shipped from Cowansville Quebec to Milton Ontario thru MVS. Not my fault and certainly not MVS fault when the dealership broke their promise of having the vehicle topped up with a generous quarter to a half of a tank of gas for transport and left it on empty. So the vehicle that was suppose to be running was not due to an empty gas tank. Many emotions and worries later knowing there was nothing I could personally do to solve the problem Christina took on all issues including my nervous breakdown and came up with solutions.
Vehicle arrived safe and sound, damage free and now the dream begins.
MVS is a great company. They did a fantastic job of transporting my vehicle safely and timely. Christina with her help, support and knowledge is amazing!!
Would not change a thing from the MVS perspective.
Would change many from the dealership where i bought the vehicle.
